People who sign up to go to golf school are just like any other students out there. Some of them will really commit to the education so that they can go on to get great professional golf careers immediately upon graduation. Others will take the education less seriously and will fail to get the golf job of their dreams as a result of it. That’s something that you should think about before you decide that golf school is a good school choice for you.

The thing is that you can coast by in almost any school program if you really want to. Whether it’s a golf degree or a business degree that you’re getting, you can always operate on the “D’s get Degrees” philosophy of finishing school.

The problem is that a degree from a golf school is a really niche degree. It’s only going to get you a job in the golf industry. If you do poorly at that school, the industry won’t want you. In contrast, a more general degree may still lead to an entry-level job somewhere. If you’re truly a slacker, you may want to think about how challenging golf school will really be before it’s too late.
