Ever since I took over as the youth leader, I’ve wanted to do something fun with my youth group. Sure, we’ve had some events here at the church, but we haven’t done anything truly memorable yet. Until now. At this time next week, several members of my youth group will be hitting the slopes with me in Colorado!

I love skiing! I used to go once a year, but it’s been a few years since I’ve gotten the chance to go. We’re going to be flying to Denver, where we’ll get a Denver car hire. I talked the company into hooking me up with the biggest Denver airport rental cars that they had. That way, all of us can fit into the same Denver car rentals, and we don’t have to split up. 

Then, we’ll be driving out to the mountain where we’ll be skiing for an entire week! I can’t even tell you how excited I am to hit the slopes. It’s like riding a bike. Once you learn how to do it, you never forget for the rest of your life. Hopefully, my inexperienced skiers will be able to learn how to do it quickly! I’ll update you all once I get back!
